    Wearable wristband

    Industrial-grade wristband with PPG vitals, 9-axis IMU for fall + collision detection, GPS L1+L5 for outdoor location, BLE 5.x for indoor positioning, and a tactile SOS button. IP67 rated. ATEX variant for hazardous-area sites.

    On the site edge

    Edge gateway + anomaly model

    Site-edge gateway aggregates wearable signals, runs the anomaly model locally, and only escalates events that cross multi-modal thresholds. Cellular failover keeps the site operational when uplink fluctuates. Edge-first by design — no cloud round-trip required for the time-critical decisions.

    When an event escalates, the supervisor sees a verified incident bundle — location + vitals trace + last-30-second telemetry + recommended action. EHS system integration generates compliance evidence. Audit trails for regulator review. India-resident data option for DPDP compliance.

Geofence + zone control

Hazardous-area entry detection. Restricted-zone violation alerts. Configurable per-site by safety officer.

Last-known-location replay

If contact is lost, the dashboard rewinds the last 30 minutes of location + vitals to the last verified ping.

Buddy-pair check

Two workers in the same hazardous zone are assigned as buddies. If one's vitals drop, the buddy is the first ping.

Heat-stress detection

PPG + skin-temperature signals modeled against ambient. Pre-incident alerting before heat exhaustion compounds.

Fall + collision detection

9-axis IMU with confidence scoring. Distinguishes a fall from sitting down. Manual cancel window before escalation.

OTA firmware updates

All wearables update remotely. No site visits to push security patches or model improvements.
